We offer a variety of podiatry home treatment packages tailored to suit your individual needs.
The treatments we provide include:​

Nail cuts and care

Nail cutting and reduction of thick nails

Use of the nail drill and burr to reduce and shape nails

Callus reduction

Corn removal and treatment

Diabetic foot assessment

Circulatory assessment with an ultra-sound Doppler (Included in all New Patient Assessments)

Please note if you have not been seen by us before you will initially require a 'New Patient Appointment'
Please note: Our usual practice hours are 9am to 5pm, so we may be unable to take your call. Please make sure to leave a message with your name and number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Podiatry home visit
​Your first appointment:
-
Your medical history will be taken.

You will be asked for an up to date copy of your prescription list, or a list of medications you currently take.

Your circulation will be assessed by the podiatrist with a doppler.
-
Your feeling/sensation will be checked with the monofilament.
-
Once the above assessment has been completed, your footcare needs will be assessed then treated as required
(2 or more people seen at the same time, £40 per person)

Per person
Podiatry home visit (Simple nail cut)

You must have had an initial assessment (details above)

No callus or corns
-
Simple nail cut only (None thickened nails)
Podiatry home visit (Extended)
-
This appointment means you require more time for your footcare needs
-
Such as:
-
Extensive callus and corn reduction (Large amount of callus or corns)
-
Extensive nail cutting (For extremely thickened nails)

Diabetic assessment home visit
(No treatment required)

Your medical history and medication will be reviewed.
-
Your circulation will be assessed with the Doppler.

Your Sensation will be assessed.
-
Your feet will be categorised as being low, moderate or high risk.

You will then be given the appropriate advice on your Diabetes and how to care for your feet. (For more details on 'your diabetic foot check' please refer to: Diabetes UK and NHS UK)
